- How to Use: • Inject subcutaneously once weekly in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, any time of day, with or without food. • Starting dose is 2.5 mg weekly for 4 weeks (not a maintenance dose), then increased to 5 mg weekly. • Further increases of 2.5 mg every 4+ weeks may be needed, up to a maximum of 15 mg weekly. • Rotate injection sites with each dose.
