- How to Use: • Inject subcutaneously once weekly in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, any time of day, with or without food. • This 2.5 mg strength is the starting dose, used for 4 weeks; it is not a maintenance dose. • Dose is then increased in 2.5 mg increments every 4+ weeks, up to a maximum of 15 mg weekly. • Rotate injection sites with each dose.
