- How to Use: • Tablets are orodispersible—place on tongue to dissolve before swallowing. • Adults and children ≥ 12 years: Initial dose: 2 tablets (4 mg) orally, followed by 1 tablet (2 mg) after each loose stool. Maximum dose: 8 tablets (16 mg) per day.
