Contains semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes, and to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events and kidney disease progression in adults with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular or kidney disease.

How to Use:
• Inject subcutaneously once weekly in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, any time of day, with or without food.
• This 0.25 mg strength is the starting/titration dose, used for the first 4 weeks only; it does not treat blood sugar on its own.
• Dose is then increased to 0.5 mg weekly, and further if needed.
