Contains semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes, and to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events and kidney disease progression in adults with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular or kidney disease.

How to Use:
• Inject subcutaneously once weekly in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, any time of day, with or without food.
• Starting dose is 0.25 mg weekly for 4 weeks (titration only, not for glycemic control).
• Increase to 0.5 mg weekly, then to 1 mg weekly if needed, at least 4 weeks apart.
• Maximum dose is 2 mg once weekly.
