- How to Use: • Use once or twice daily in the nose. Do not spray in the eyes or mouth. • Gently blow your nose and shake the bottle well before use. Remove the protective cap, close one nostril, tilt your head forward, and insert the applicator into the other nostril. • Press down firmly to deliver the prescribed sprays, avoiding the nasal septum. Breathe in gently through the nose and out through the mouth, and avoid blowing your nose for 15 minutes afterward.
