Nasacort AQ Nasal Spray is used to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, with each puff containing 55 micrograms of triamcinolone. The usual dose is two sprays in each nostril once daily, or as determined by the attending physician. Before first use, the device must be shaken well and primed with 5 sprays into the air, away from the face. The 120-dose package provides approximately 30 days of use.
