- How to Use: • Adults and elderly (≥18 years): administer 20mg (1ml) deep intramuscularly once daily; do not exceed one ampoule per day • Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years • Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to piroxicam or other NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer disease, or severe hepatic or renal impairment • Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy
