- How to Use: • Adults and adolescents ≥ 12 years: Giardiasis/amebiasis:16 ml three times daily for 5–7 days. Trichomoniasis: 16 ml twice daily for 5–7 days. Anaerobic infections: 20 ml every 8 hours for 7–10 days. • Children 1–12 years: 15–40 mg/kg/day divided into 2–3 doses for 7–10 days (not exceeding 2,000 mg/day).
